Privacy Policy

Cornerstone Cyber respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email, phone number and company when you contact us, book a meeting or download a resource. We also collect basic technical data, such as your browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you ask for, and keep you informed where you have agreed to hear from us. We do not sell your personal information.

How we store and share it

Your information is stored securely and is accessible only to those who need it to do their work. We may share it with trusted providers who help us operate, such as our customer relationship and email tools, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Analytics, visitor identification and chat

This site uses Google Analytics to measure how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, visit duration and how you arrived here. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not use this data to identify you personally. This site also uses Pipedrive Web Visitors, which identifies the organisation a visit likely comes from based on network information, and records the pages viewed. It does not identify you personally unless you submit a form. Our live chat is provided by Pipedrive LeadBooster; anything you type in the chat is processed by Pipedrive on our behalf. Details you submit through forms, downloads or chat flow into our customer relationship system (Pipedrive) so we can respond.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us at info@cornerstonecyber.com.au and we will action your request promptly.
