Microsoft health check

You own the security. Do you know if it's working?

A focused assessment of your Microsoft 365 environment across identity, device and data. We show you exactly where you're exposed, what Copilot can reach, and the prioritised path to fix it.

Clarity

Know where you actually stand

A plain-English read on your real posture, scored and benchmarked, not a tool dump.

Priorities

A roadmap, not a 200-item list

The handful of fixes that move the needle most, sequenced by impact and effort.

Value

Use what you already pay for

Most gaps close by switching on security that's already in your licences.

Step 1 · choose your focus

Start where your risk is.

Run a health check on a single pillar, combine them, or take the complete picture. Pick a focus to see what it covers.

Step 2 · choose your depth

Three levels of depth.

Every health check comes in three tiers. The full activity scope is confirmed on a short scoping call, so you only pay for what your environment needs.

What lands on your desk

No mystery. Every health check ends with the same kind of tangible, board-ready output.

Microsoft 365 health check

Are you getting what you are paying for?

Configuration, gaps and licence rationalisation.

What does the Microsoft health check cover?

Identity (Entra), device management (Intune), endpoint protection (Defender), data protection (Purview), and licensing rationalisation. We assess what you have, what you are paying for, and what you are not yet using.

Will we save money?

Often. Most organisations are paying for capabilities they are not using; we map your licences to the controls you need and rationalise the rest.

How is this different to a general cyber health check?

This is specifically focused on Microsoft 365: configuration, controls, gaps and licensing. The general cyber health check covers your whole estate including non-Microsoft tools.

How long does it take?

Typically two to three weeks.

What do we get at the end?

A configuration baseline, a gap analysis against Essential Eight and Microsoft best practice, a prioritised remediation roadmap, and a licence rationalisation recommendation.

Do we need any prerequisites?

Global Reader access to your tenant, plus a brief workshop with your IT and business stakeholders. We do the rest.
